Healthy Meal On the Go ft The Everything Bagel

I rarely eat breakfast, like rarely. But I'm trying to break  out of this habit I just recently made this bagel it was amazing and it was easy to make. I know if I can make it you can with no problem.

What You'll Need:

  • Everything Bagel

  • Handful of spinach

  • Nonstick spray

  • 1 Egg

  • AND Chicken Sandwich meat.

How to

Set your oven to broil, once warm place the everything bagel on foil and place the bagle in the oven. Spray the frying plan down with non stick oil and get a handful spinach and a touch of pepper and cook slightly. Place the spinach of to the side and grab a slie of chicken lubch meat and place it on the pan, cook it slightly then rip it up and place it to the side. Bagel should be slightly toasted by now, place a small amount of butter to moisten the bagel. Place the spinach and luncheon meat on the bagel. Next cok the egg and cook it til the white part is cooked, then flip to cook the other side, make sure you don't cook the yolk completely through (unless ofcourse you prefer it. )  Place it on the bagel, and you're done.
