#Health: Detox Bath



Baths are my holy grounds it's where I find my peace after a long exhausting day of living in the real world. In honor of spring, and in the spirit of spring cleaning, I thought it would be a perfect time to introduce a new detoxifying bath to cleanse out the toxins in your body and get you ready for the new year and seasons. 


INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup of Epsom salts

1/2 cup of coarse Sea Salt

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tsp of baking soda


HOW TO:

Sprinkle the Epsom salt along the base of the tub, Begin filling the tub with lukewarm water once the salt in the bottom of the tub is covered begin sprinkling in the sea salt along in the tub. After the tub is about half way filled add the ginger and baking soda and mix in with the water with your hand and the add the lemon juice juice. And soak for about 10 minutes or 10 years you can even add bubble bath if you life and let the purifying properties of sea salt take effect and let the magic happen...  While the baking soda freshen your undercarriage and the lemon juice remove any of the dead skin cells or your skin. You'll be glad you did.
