New Years Resolution 2017: Lose Weight



A new year is upon us, time for a new start and to make some huge changes. One of my new years resolutions is to get back in shape  cliche I know but it needs to be done. To be honest I started in December but I mean hey it is what it is. I have seen some great improvements and this short amount of time that I have been on this mission. I know I'm not the only one who wants to lose weight so I thought it would be helpful to share what I'm doing with you guys.

One thing I am a strong believer in is that diet effects everything from your skin to your hair even your nails so what you have to do first is get your diet under control. I'm a huge junk food I love pizza and chips and of course wine which are all empty calories. I've gotten everything down but the wine but even doctors say that that's okay as long as it's just a glass. What I think has the best results and help is eating salmon it is known to help flatten your stomach and I know even before I started working out regularly eating salmon has helped flatten my stomach. Also eating breakfast has helped me not be so hungry throughout the day. I Googled what a good diet for a flat stomach and found something easy basically what it is is eating egg and spinach in the morning a salad or baked potato for lunch and salmon for dinner. It's not hard at the very least don't eat out so much or mainly don't eat a lot of fried food.

 Next is a port of course drinking water this help cleanse the body as well as fill you up try to avoid very sugary drink they ad additional calories that you do not need. Sweet tea isn't that as long as it's not a lot of sugar added. Of course once you have your diet you'll start noticing a huge difference.

I also recommend doing a cleanse to help flush everything out please if you do this do it responsibly if you take the laxative route which is not recommended please know that it will cause you to bloat which is not what we want it's better if you go Superstore like GNC that gives you healthy vitamin as well as cleansing tea but of course the best option is to talk to your doctor.

Again this is just what has worked for me I love my weight loss bad I do not want to lose a lot of weight it's mainly to tone my stomach and flatten it out I would love to know what you guys do if you have any suggestions leave them in the comments below I'd like to read them thanks.
